Bypass "Unverified Developer" warnings

Double-click UNICHAT in Applications. If a warning appears, click Cancel.

Go to System Settings -> Privacy & Security. Scroll down to Security.

Find UNICHAT notice and click "Open Anyway". Enter password to confirm.
